Weekends and non-school days 08:00-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 10:00-22:00, 11:00-23:00, 12:00-00:00, 23:30-11:30

You will work alongside participants to help them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Your role will involve fully engaging in all aspects of the group living and person-centered experience, offering both emotional and physical support while being a positive role model.

Work schedules with shift rotations that allow for 3 to 5 days break between shift rotations.
Evening, weekend, and overnight shifts which provide many individuals the flexibility to attend classes, coordinate childcare and allow plenty of time for outside interests.
The opportunity to build genuine relationships with children, youth and/or adults who have experienced complex challenges including behavioral issues, mental health disorders, substance dependency and other related issues.
A fast-paced environment where you are active with youth out in the community doing activities such as swimming, hiking, fishing, and attending community events.

Qualifications:
Education and Professional Certification:
Completion of a High school diploma. A certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care, Disability Support, or a related field is an asset.

At least one (1) year of experience
