Team Auction’s main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 4 locations total (Taber, Drayton Valley, Fairview, and Kamloops, BC). Equipment Inspection Duties
Gather and verify equipment inventory information
Identify and record equipment components, accessories and asset details
Ensure the quality of equipment data and other related information
Verify requirements for warranty applicable items
Compose and take photos of equipment
Provide assistance as required to the Sales Team
Assist the Sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak periods
Yard Duties
Receive/release (check-in/check-out) consigned equipment for auction
Collect customer information for consignments
Complete customer check in sheet
Line up equipment for display prior to the auction
Drive/operate heavy and light equipment
Perform basic maintenance on TEAM owned equipment & site
Manage keys for equipment
Boost equipment as necessary
Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades
Lot sticker equipment
Recognize that Yard Staff are an integral part of the internal communications network in the yard
Display signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day
Assist with refurb of auction items
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
