Yard Maintenance / Grounds Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Mow and trim grass throughout the property
- Operate and maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
- Weed flower beds and landscaped areas
- Trim shrubs, bushes, and trees as needed
- Water plants and maintain landscaping
- Pick up litter and keep the grounds clean and presentable
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects
- Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Perform general outdoor maintenance and light property repairs
- Help with snow removal and ice control during the winter months
Qualifications
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate outdoor power equipment
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
