RSM seeks a Workplace Experience Specialist to support its Vancouver office. This full-time position requires strong organizational skills and an ability to collaborate effectively while managing office supplies, maintenance, and vendor relations. Responsibilities include assisting with new hire onboarding and maintaining a user-friendly environment through responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance issues with the Office of the Building

• Support employee onboarding with necessary office resources

• Maintain inventory and reorder office supplies efficiently

• Oversee visitor management and reception services

• Facilitate meeting coordination with catering and audio-visual needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Adaptable to changing work schedules
