Monad, a leader in heat trace and insulation solutions, is expanding and looking for a Working Electrical Foreman to join our crew. - Competitive Pay: $43-$50/hr + $12/hr per diem
- Projects in Colorado and Wyoming with room to grow. Travel is required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Journeyman’s License in Wyoming and Colorado (If not both, then willing to reciprocate).
- Experience developing a bill of materials and managing stock.
- Strong ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proven experience leading small crews of apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan electrical installations with efficiency, minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with codes.
- Read and follow NEC codes and regulations.
- Install electrical conduit, cable, and industrial power equipment.
- Test circuits to ensure safety and compatibility.
- Manage and train apprentices to build a strong team.
Safety First: We require OSHA 10, PEC Safeland, and equipment certifications. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and have a valid driver’s license.
