Woodworker needed to assist in the production of high quality cabinetry and millwork, as well as assist with on site installation.
Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions to build items according to a customer’s specifications.
- Work with wood of different species and densities and describe the characteristics of each.
- Use measuring tools and mark out items to be cut.
- Cut wood with appropriate woodworking equipment.
- Use woodworking equipment and tools; use various types of sanders.
- Smooth out the surface of wood with a sander or a plane.
- Build custom furniture.
- Be able to build cabinetry according to specs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
