EC Telecom Group is growing and looking for a motivated Wireless Sales Agent to join our expanding team. As demand for faster internet and reliable wireless service continues to grow, we’re looking for a Wireless Sales Agent who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their everyday connectivity needs.
This is a full-time, in-person sales role where the Wireless Sales Agent will work directly with customers in assigned residential territories, introducing Verizon wireless services and Frontier Fiber Internet, explaining promotions and service options, and helping customers through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Wireless Sales Agent
- Meet directly with customers in assigned residential areas
- Introduce Verizon wireless plans, Verizon 5G Home Internet, Frontier Fiber Internet, devices, promotions, and account options
- Explain pricing, internet speeds, wireless features, installation details, upgrades, and available offers
- Help customers compare wireless and fiber internet solutions based on their household needs and usage
- Assist with service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer customer questions regarding wireless services, internet plans, devices, billing, and promotions
- Build strong customer relationships through communication and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment information, and sales activity
- Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, and daily sales goals
As a Wireless Sales Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience representing nationally recognized telecommunications providers while developing skills that can support long-term career growth.
What We’re Looking For in a Wireless Sales Agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
- Interest in wireless sales, telecommunications, fiber internet, customer engagement, or customer acquisition
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, warehouse, or sales is helpful but not required
Pay: $54,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
