- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11.
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and debugging (Perfmon/xPerf/ETL/ETW)
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Endpoint Management
- Good knowledge and understanding of Intune Groups, update policies, deployment rings
- Familiarity with Windows Autopatch / Windows Update for Business.
- Troubleshoot Windows Update issues.
- Experience with networking and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) and associated query language (KQL).
