Please note while our corporate office is based in Baldwin, WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such, we advertise in the MN area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed.
Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our WI location.
Window Installation Crew Lead Essential Functions & Duties:
Responsible for installation of all new windows, doors, frames, trim and hardware according to company-wide procedures and practices.
Removal of all old windows or doors and be able to repair or replace necessary rotten or damaged framing, siding, drywall or any adjoining materials and dispose of properly.
Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard requiring material to be shaped or cut to specified measurements.
Responsible for all training and coaching of the Window Installation Technicians in all aspects of job duties before and during all projects.
Responsible for supervising all crew members on proper installation and removal practices accordingly.
Window Installation Crew Lead Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in window, framing and finish trade.
Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
Equivalent education, training and/or related work experience.

Salary range potential $52,000 to $111,634
Compensation for this position is commissioned based. This role is designed to reward performance, meaning earning potential can significantly exceed a traditional hourly position.
