Job description
We are a growing exterior cleaning company based in Qualicum Beach, specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing for residential properties.
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing (driveways, siding, patios)
- Safe ladder setup and working at heights
- Basic customer interaction on-site
Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Compensation
- $20–$35/hour depending on experience
- Performance-based raises
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Mostly weekdays
- Weather dependent
