Our company is growing and we are super excited for our upcoming 2024 season. We are looking to add some great technicians to our service teams. Pay Starts at $22 and goes up based on performance.
we are looking for the right full-time team member to join us. If you enjoy working outside on different sites daily, and seeing immediate results from your work then this could be the ideal fit for you! This role would ideally turn into a crew leader position with proven experience.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings and properties in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as gutter cleaning and window cleaning.
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
Class 5 Drivers license
Cellphone/smartphone
Speak fluent English
Comfortable with heights & ladders
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is bonus but not required
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Customer service skills
Physically fit
Clean criminal record
