Residential Window Cleaner – Ladder Experience Needed
ShineWorks is hiring motivated team members for residential window cleaning throughout Barrie, ON. This is a hands-on outdoor job for someone who enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, and is confident using ladders.
You’ll be working on residential properties completing window cleaning services, screen cleaning, and other exterior detailing tasks while providing a professional experience for customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning residential windows inside and out
- Working safely on ladders and around residential roofs
- Removing and cleaning screens and window tracks
- Setting up and maintaining equipment throughout the day
- Interacting respectfully and professionally with homeowners
- Delivering high-quality results on every job
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous ladder experience is REQUIRED
- Comfortable working at heights on 1–2 storey homes
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and on time
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience That Helps:
- Window cleaning experience
- Squeegee skills
- Roofing, construction, or exterior labour experience
- Customer service background
Compensation & Extras:
- Earn up to $25/hour depending on experience
