We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows in various commercial and residential settings. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Duties:
– Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
– Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
– Use power tools, such as pressure washers, to clean exterior windows on high-rise buildings
– Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs
– Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
– Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
– Assist with other custodial duties as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
– Familiarity with various window cleaning techniques and equipment
– Ability to use hand tools, such as squeegees, scrapers, and brushes
– Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
– Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights when necessary
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
