About the Role:
Crystal WashCare is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Window and Gutter Cleaners. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our clients’ homes by expertly cleaning windows and gutters.
Responsibilities:
Perform window cleaning duties using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure streak-free and sparkling results.
Work safely and efficiently at heights while on ladders or elevated platforms to access windows and gutters.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
Previous experience in window cleaning or related field preferred but not required.
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders; fear of heights is not preferred.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Shift Options:
Sunday to Tuesday
Wednesday to Saturday
