Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers at through the service and maintenance of windows and doors.
- Maintain scheduled appointments with customers and communicate service procedures to address any questions.
- Read and understand the scope of work provided in service tickets and obtain necessary materials for each job.
- Stage windows, doors and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Unload trucks and maintain material organization by job.
- Keep detailed timesheets, attend required trainings/meetings, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely, maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Communicate with internal staff and customers proactively and professionally.
- Represent S&K in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs
- Forklift certification a plus!
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years installing or servicing windows and doors.
- Experience measuring windows and doors is a plus with growth opportunities!
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
