We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented White Glove Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier delivery services, ensuring high-end furniture is delivered safely and in pristine condition. This role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills. Our operations run out of Etobicoke and jobs are localized across the GTA!

Your Core Responsibilities:
Safely transport and deliver high-value or fragile furniture to clients’ locations.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
Unpack, assemble, and set up items as required, ensuring they are placed as per the client’s specifications.
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and any customer feedback.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures by observing all workplace safety rules and hazard controls
Regularly attend training sessions, and share insights and experiences, and promptly bring any health, safety, wellness, and environmental issues to attention
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Reliable and punctual.
Basic assembly and installation skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
*Must be willing to work weekends (occasional Sundays included*)
