Split-fire Sales, a manufacturer of Log Splitters, Woodchippers and custom products is looking for a candidate to fill a welding position. Split-fire is a manufacturing company that produces quality equipment so the candidate must have an eye for quality and must be willing to learn new techniques and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Fit, Weld and Sand log splitter assemblies.
- Fit, Weld and Sand woodchipper and log bucket assemblies.
- Program, operate robot welder and laser guidance as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Complete tasks on time while maintaining quality.
- Work safely with proper PPE.
- Physical ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Help team members move and weld parts when needed.
Requirements:
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to spot imperfections, and fix accordingly.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with both office and manufacturing staff.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
Required Experience:
- Welding experience required – wage will reflect experience.

Compensation:
- $28 – $30 wage plus bonuses (Based on experience and competency)
