Brand Vision is a brand development, website design, and marketing agency with teams in Toronto and Chicago, building for companies across the US and Canada.
We're hiring a Webflow Developer to work alongside our senior team on builds for organizations like Safeway, McGill University, TDSB, ArcelorMittal and many more. You won't be handed busywork or filler. From day one, you'll take real Figma designs and turn them into live, production-ready sites for companies betting real budgets on the result, learning directly from developers and designers who've been doing this at a high level for years.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟:
- Full website builds for established companies, not templates and throwaway landing pages
- High-stakes builds where the quality of your work directly affects how a real business performs online
- Projects that span design and SEO, so what you build has to look right and perform right
- A close-up seat next to experienced developers and designers
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
- Build responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow from Figma designs
- Set up and manage CMS collections and dynamic content structures
- Build custom interactions and animations that hold up across devices
- Work closely with our senior designers, developers, and SEO team so every site looks good, ranks, and performs
- Keep builds clean and organized so the next person who touches them isn't cursing your name
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- 1 to 3 years of professional Webflow development experience, or a strong body of work if you're just starting out
- A portfolio of live, published Webflow sites you actually built, not templates you customized
- Strong grasp of Webflow's CMS, responsive and breakpoint design, and clean class naming and structure
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS beyond what Webflow generates for you
- High standards, a fast learner, and hungry to do work you're proud of
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
- Experience with custom code or JavaScript inside Webflow (embeds, interactions beyond native IX2)
- Familiarity with Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries
- Awareness of how site structure and page speed affect SEO
- Agency experience, or juggling more than one client project at a time
