We are looking for a Plant Operator to monitor and control the operation of our production plant and distribution system. You will set up and operate various pieces of equipment. Plant Operator responsibilities include responding to signals from sensors and gauges, as well as regulating production quantities. Plant Operator duties include operating valves, monitoring systems and other equipment in our water plant. We will rely on you to make decisions about maintaining a safe environment for your crew, process control and regulatory requirements. You should be self-motivated, responsible and able to work with little supervision. As a Plant Operator, you will be the main contact person. Must have at least 2 years supervision of employees and be able to use Microsoft programs. Must have an Ilinois class C water license or have the ability to obtain one with 12 months. Construction expierence or superintendent background in water line repair would also be acceptable in place of a water license

Pay: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour
