Job Summary (Based in AG)
Hydro Heaven Spas Stoves & BBQ’s Serving the Central Coast since 1988 is looking to add to their team! With two locations on the Central Coast Hydro Heaven is the largest spa, swim spa, barbecue, and camper shell (Mavericks Truck Tops & Accessories) retailer and service company on the Central Coast! This position requires an applicant with a Clean Driving Record, (No DUI’s in the last 10 years), driving around SLO and Santa Barbara Counties required, and a clean back ground check! General knowledge with hand tools is helpful, as well as good customer service skills, we are willing to train the right candidate. 2 month paid training provided. This is a great career path for someone who likes to work with their hands, problem solve, and is open to learning! Once the training period has been completed you will be expected to follow a route 2 days a week and work inside the store in a sales position 3 days a week, commission sales will be paid. Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties
The Technician/Sales Associate is responsible for completing route maintenance of hot tubs on a 2 day a week basis. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining proper paper work, data, and billing procedures as directed by the Supervisor. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Daily scheduled work
2. Paperwork and Invoicing
3. Minor maintenance around store locations.
4. Maintain Cleanliness and organization of supplied service truck.
5. Water chemistry on hot tubs.
6. Providing Customer Service
7. Reporting of error codes and learning
8. Willing to learn about product offering to understand functionality
9. Basic Hand tool knowledge
10. Report any problems to supervisor.
11. Performs all assigned side work duties regularly, promptly and correctly.
12. Complies fully and consistently with all the companies conditions of employment and standards of uniform, grooming, and personal hygiene.
13. Helps with a delivery team.
14. Communicates pleasantly and courteously with customers, management, and co-workers.
15. Works cooperatively with others in a team effort.
16. May perform other work related duties as requested by manager.
17. Complies promptly with special requests of management.

Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent or Higher
Experience with Hand Tools a must!
QUALIFICATIONS BELOW ARE A PLUS BUT NOT A MUST. WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING.
Water chemistry knowledge a plus
Chemical maintenance for spas a plus
Again, we will train the right person, who has the ability to use tools, can troubleshoot, and is willing to learn!
