Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Water Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing water damage restoration and related services, utilizing industry-standard techniques and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the restoration industry while contributing to the recovery of affected properties.
Duties
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment
- Conduct cleaning and mold remediation tasks to ensure thorough restoration
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques for repairs and mitigation
- Assist with fire restoration processes when required, including debris removal
- Support asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols
- Operate carpet cleaning machinery and perform general cleaning tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and industry standards during all restoration activities
- Document job progress and communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and asbestos abatement tools safely
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred

Pay: $41,600.00 – $43,680.00 per year
