Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our team. This role involves handling warehouse operations, moving heavy items, and working with our team to maintain a clean, organized space. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of heavy lifting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while helping better the environment through all of our donation and recycling practices.
Duties
- Load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Safely and efficiently move products and materials to designated areas within the warehouse or loading zones
- Operate commercial vehicles to dispose of, donate, or recycle items at various locations
- Communicate effectively with team members and partnered charities to coordinate drop-offs, pickups, and organization
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during warehouse operations and driving activities.
Skills
- Experience in warehouse operations, including moving heavy items safely
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and charity partners
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding environments
- Over 21 years of age(for insurance purposes) with a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Good organizational skills and initiative
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
