Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Warehouse Support Coordinator, supporting cabinet assembly, warehouse operations, and delivery functions.
This is a full-time position with the following requirements:
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and diagrams
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to accurately read a measuring tape
- Experience with RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets is considered an asset
Warehouse Experience:
- Forklift experience is an asset (training available)
- Experience with packaging materials is an asset
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assemble ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry according to specifications, ensuring a precise and professional finish
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, ensuring all materials and inventory are properly labeled and stored
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipment timelines
- Support delivery operations, including loading and unloading trucks and completing local deliveries using a company vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Learn and assist with mark-outs for design
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Deliver products to job sites in a safe and timely manner
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, particularly when completing pick-up and delivery documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience loading and unloading trucks using material handling equipment (MHE) or manual handling (“hand bombing”)
- Experience operating MHE (electric/manual pallet jack)
- Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist with general warehouse tasks as required
- Create flooring samples for showroom displays
Job Parameters:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday shifts may be required

- Hourly rate: $20–$23, based on experience
