Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Lively at Anmar Mechanical & Electrical Contractors Ltd.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.
- Enforce all company policy and regulations.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of materials.
- Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding yard areas
- Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system
- Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Inspecting warehouse facilities and equipment and recommending changes in allocation of space and storage to management
- Establishing policies and procedures for inspection, maintenance and repair of vehicles; scheduling repairs; assigning and directing activities of service and repair personnel
- Ensuring that equipment inventory levels are adequate to cover current and future needs and that it is maintained in good working condition
- Planning, organizing, and directing warehousing related administrative services such as signage, cleaning, installations, maintenance, repair, safety inspections, parking, and snow removal
- Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for shipments as requires to facilitate timely movements via transport
- Accurate and timely scheduling and dispatching of trucks to meet demand
- Maintaining all associated documentation in adherence to legislation and organizational policies and procedures
- Being the champion of, and ensuring compliance with, all MTO guidelines and regulations including CVOR and Hours of Service legislation.
- Directing the activities of staff in relation to warehouse, transportation and other operations.

- Have strong communication skills
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an industrial warehouse setting
- Experience working with Inventory systems and demonstrated ability to effectively manage and control inventory
- Working knowledge of MTO regulations including CVOR and Hours of Service legislation
- Hands on experience in creating preventative maintenance programs/scheduling
