Warehouse Operator – Clinical Trials Jobs in Dundas at Oximio
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team supporting clinical trials logistics. In this role, you will work in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment, handling medical products and ensuring their safe storage, packaging, and distribution.
You will play a key role in ensuring that life-saving clinical trial materials are handled with precision, quality, and care.
Key responsibilities
Shipment & inventory handling
- Receive and register shipments in the inventory system
- Perform physical checks and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor temperature data during transportation
Storage & quality compliance
- Store materials according to temperature requirements (+2–8°C, -20°C, etc.)
- Perform inventory checks and track expiry dates
- Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal procedures
Distribution & packaging
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments according to client requirements
- Use validated packaging materials and temperature loggers
- Support primary and secondary packaging activities
Returns & project support
- Process returned materials and support destruction procedures
- Assist with project-related documentation and client requests
- Participate in audits, CAPAs, and quality processes
What we’re looking for
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in science, pharmacy, or related field is an asset
- Good physical condition (lifting up to 50 lbs may be required)
Experience & skills
- Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow procedures
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment
