Reports: 20 (10 Drivers, 8 Picking/Packing, 2 logistics)
Location: Mississauga
Mandate
Monitor and report on warehouse throughput metrics.
Initiate process change activities to support throughput optimization.
Organize and schedule activities for order pick processing, receiving of material, site material
storage management and delivery team.
Drives Cycle Counts and Overall Physical Inventory accuracy.
Organizes and manages logistics and delivery team.
Maintenance schedule of fleet and safety.
Prepare and conduct annual performance evaluations and works to build a cohesive team
environment.
Maintains a safe and cost-effective enterprise.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Support continuous improvement.
Ability to make quick decisions to get tasks back on track
Assess and monitor department team members to ensure accountability.
ERP system usage
Some customer interaction (Feedback Loops, Special Orders, Escalations, etc.)
Core KPI’s: BUY, MANUFACTURE, ENABLE SALES, STOCK, SHIP (you own them all)
Groom & Grow Junior Talent (approx. 5)
Replenish Talent – 5 senior talent close to retirement (digitize knowledge, best practices)
Audience: General Contractors, Carpenters, Home Owners, Project Managers,
ERP System: EPICOR
