About the Role
As the Warehouse Lead, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order picking, replenishment, shipping, and safety. You’ll support the branch manager by coordinating workflow, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and well‑organized facility.
This role blends operations leadership, inventory management, and hands‑on warehouse activity in a fast‑paced wholesale environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with SOPs and supporting team performance
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, staging, and preparing shipments for delivery or will‑call
- Oversee receiving and inventory organization, including inspecting inbound product, assigning part numbers, and maintaining proper storage
- Promote and enforce warehouse safety standards, ensuring safe equipment operation, proper PPE use, and adherence to all safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through discrepancy review, corrective actions, and participation in the cycle counting program

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a wholesale, distribution, or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling
- Clear communication and proven leadership abilities with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
- High level of organization, accuracy, and reliability, with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse work, including operating equipment and lifting up to 75 lbs
