Warehouse Coordinator Jobs in Mississauga at Eassons Transportation Group
A key member of the team, the Warehouse Coordinator provides support to the Dock with their Admin and Operational needs. This position is full time (Mon-Fri) afternoon shift for Mississauga terminal.
Core duties
Administration:
1. Ensure all corrections to returning freight bills regarding piece count, weight and temperature
2. Print delivery labels and pickup manifests
3. Gather information daily, on freight which is at the terminal and forward to the OS&D/Claims Coordinator.
4. Assist terminal staff in obtaining billing for outbound freight which is at their terminal without billing.
5. Ensure trailers are repositioned
6. Advise Warehouse Manager/Supervisor of any freight without labels
7. Update all reports
Operations:
1. Ongoing communication with dock with changes to trips.
2. Audit all freight bill after pickup to reflect accurate information
3. Print freight labels and pickup manifests for Warehouse Manager
4. Take a daily inventory of “freight without bills” on their terminal dock
5. In case of fill shipment without billing, contact the shipper for information
6. Release trailer and set trip loaded to go, send load offer to driver
7. Dispatch report, filing
8. Resolve claims issues with shippers and receivers
9. Assist in Dock Safety
Qualifications
Minimum grade 12
Minimum 2 yrs experience in same role
Proficient with Microsoft Office
TMW experience is considered an asset
