Job summary:
The Toronto branch is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for the branch shipping and receiving’s.
Major Duties:
Schedule shipments with online tools and apply shipping labels to outgoing shipments.
Prepare documentation as required for outgoing shipments.
Ensure orders are packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping.
Receive inbound shipments, verify items received and efficiently store inventory.
Inventory control.
Keep track of shipments.
Scan all purchase orders into the system.
Ship defective equipment to our National Repair Center.
Coordinate returns from customers shipments.
Ensure the control of loaner equipment.
Back-Up for returns and credits to customers.
Operating forklift as required.
Perform other tasks requested or required.
Job qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work experience preferably in receiving, order processing, shipping, or customer service.
Hold a valid forklift license.
The candidate must be able to read and understand the service process, as well as follow the work instructions within the department.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Excellent time & space management skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), use of computers and printers.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Knowledge of SAP platform is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
