We are looking for full time warehouse supervisor & associates to become a part of our team. We provide Competitive salary, Competitive bonus structure, Medical/Health Benefits after six months, Growth Opportunities.
For warehouse supervisor:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
For warehouse associates:
Loads and unloads trucks/containers according to Management directions
Pickup customer’s order Accurately and quickly
Place furniture in designated area
Responsible for ensuring aisles and walk ways are clean and free from debris
Ability to multi-task several incoming and outgoing truck loads at any one given time
Ability to work with people and individual.
Customer service ability is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
