Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA) is Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics, serving grocers, retailers, and businesses across the islands.
We’re looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support our Kaua‘i operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery across the island.

Important Information
- Full-time position with steady hours and consistent scheduling
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs required
What You’ll Do
- Unload and load delivery containers
- Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Organize, sort, and tag products accurately
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- General warehouse experience preferred, but training is provided
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Preferred, but not required:
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Forklift certification
