We are currently looking for Warehouse Associates to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team in Brampton, Ontario.
Location: 398 Railside Drive, Brampton, ON, L7A 1E1
Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the receipt, handling, shipping and storage of goods.
Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy.
Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
Build kits as per specifications provided.
Double check orders to ensure no overages or shortages.
Operate packaging machines (tape, shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, etc.).
Repackage, re-label, refurbish and sticker product as required.
Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for daily operations of the facility.
Pick up garbage, empty garbage bins and sweep floors.
Clean racking, machines and equipment.
Perform cleaning and organizational duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Role:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse / Distribution environment in shipping / receiving.
Experience with manual and automated material handling equipment i.e. shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, pump truck, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
Effective communication skills in English – read, write, listen and speak.
Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software.
Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs.
Experience with cleaning duties in a warehouse is an asset.
Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
