Job Overview:
Next Generation Warehouse Support provides support to the warehouse staff and the site manager. Warehouse Support also ensures that all paperwork is correct, product is received and dispatched appropriately and safely, in addition to maintaining professional communication with drivers and our customers.
This position is full-time, in-person, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with potential for occasional overtime.
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Comfortable using the computer to scan, email, print and enter information into different computer systems.
● Very detailed oriented in keeping track of daily transactions and maintaining paperwork accuracy.
● Excellent communication skills in order to communicate with co-workers, truck drivers and customers, professionally.
● Ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
● Must be able to work without direct supervision.
● Maintain accurate records and submit records daily to be audited, making adjustments as needed.
● Make and receive phone calls.
● Desire to be proactive and communicate discrepancies or issues to the site manager immediately.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Good computer skills, ability to learn different computer systems.
● Ability to work independently, as well as in a group.
● Ability to multitask and think critically.
● Comfortable working with numbers.
● Willing to work overtime during the busy season.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma
