Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and
inventory control. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards while maintaining
organized workflow and meeting customer demands.
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: Competitive (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
• Pick, pack and ship product per pick list requirements, to fulfill customer demands.
• Perform verification of process steps and final shipping audit of each order per packing list.
• Verify the accuracy of number of parts picked by item and total weight(s).
• Prepare parcels and box individual units for shipment; while ensuring they contain the proper signed documentation.
• Prepare palletized product for shipment (RE: Stack, shrink wrap, strap, label, and weigh).
• Receive incoming product / freight, verifying condition, pallet / carton count, and
• documentation Utilizing REMSORT and Master FE, perform Core Induction of customer returned product.
• Stacking, palletizing, identification, and attaching required paperwork, as preparation for shipment to the
Concord Facility.
• Participates in cycle counts and corporate wide physical inventories, supports inventory control and reports
count and location discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintains organized work area and actively participates in warehouse housekeeping activities.
• Any other tasks assigned by manager or senior management
Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry 20–25 lbs regularly
• Ability to push/pull materials with assistance
• Frequent neck and arm movement required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) as needed
