Warehouse Assistant (Newcomers Welcome) Jobs in Markham at World One Import Inc.
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at World One Imports Inc, an e-commerce clothing store. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and effectively, and that all products are handled and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
Assist in receiving and stocking inventory shipments
Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
