Job DescriptionWAREHOUSE ASSISTANTCBIZ Network Solutionsis seeking a highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment for a technical warehouse position. The individual will assist with all warehouse duties and should have a basic computer knowledge with a willingness to learn printer and computer repair as well as computer imaging.
Salary: $45,000 CAN

Hours: Full Time (8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Funded through December 2024
Location: 4020A Sladeview Crescent, Mississauga.
ObjectiveResponsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards. Printer and workstation repair and imaging.
Essential Functions And Primary Duties
Receives and processes incoming stock and materials.
Picks, fills and ships orders from stock.
Packs and ships both domestic and international orders.
Prepares shipping documents, including but not limited to customs paperwork.
Records damaged or defective items and replaces them according to company policy.
Tracks lost shipments as needed.
Manages and inventories all assets in the warehouse.
Contacts vendors to replenish warehouse inventory and consumables.
Maintains a safe working environment by keeping warehouse and related areas clean and organized.
May be required to operate pallet jack and related stockroom machinery.
Hardware repair, including but not limited to laptops, desktops and printers
Imaging of laptops and desktops
Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work well as a member of a team but also individually with little to no supervision.
Ability to interact with others at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, WORD and Outlook.
Performs bending, squatting, crawling climbing, twisting, kneeling, and reaching both to ground level and overhead.
Lifts and moves up to 100 pounds.
Holds and grips objects.
Subject to periods of prolonged walking, sitting and standing.
Able to use all related computer hardware and software.
Reads and reviews information on computer monitors for extended periods of time.
Able to use job-related tools.
Able to safely use step ladder and forklift (training/certification can be provided).

Technicians provide maintenance, install, MAC, Help Desk and project support to Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites and home FA locations in specified service territory. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading all electronic voice, data and AV hardware including but not limited to network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony equipment and cabling including terminations. Equipment serviced is subject to change as business needs dictate. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.
