We are currently seeking a dynamic Warehouse and Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse operations and assisting with sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from order placement to customer pickup.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sales operations, providing product information and helping customers with their purchase decisions.
Manage warehouse operations, including organizing stocks, scheduling deliveries, and shipments.
Operate a forklift to move and organize goods within the warehouse.
Process orders accurately from placement to pick-up by customers.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Learn and utilize basic functions in our accounting software for inventory management and sales processing.
Contribute to the team’s efforts in meeting sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse operations or a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of sales techniques or the capacity to learn and apply these techniques.
Forklift certification is required.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
