Warehouse Administration Assistant
Eclipse Stores Inc., a growing Canadian retailer of women’s clothing, with over 80 stores across Canada is seeking a full-time permanent Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join their team at the company’s warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec.

Duties:
– Processing entries in a retail software program for shipping and receiving of merchandise from vendors.
– Printing distribution sheets.
– Matching order slips.
– Processing ecommerce orders in retail software program.
– Picking, packaging and shipping of ecommerce orders.
– Communicating with the Distributions team at Head Office.
– Assisting with the picking and packing of merchandise as needed.
– General administration and support for the warehouse as directed.
– Other duties as required such as scheduling appointments, answering emails and phone calls.
Skills/Qualifications required:
– Some college or university education.
– Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft office.
– Be a team player.
– Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
– Accurate data entry skills.
– Excellent verbal and written skills in English
– Retail inventory experience is considered an asset.
– Warehouse experience is preferred.
This is a full time, permanent position with regular hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
