**Job Title:** Part-Time Server at Reid’s Distillery
Job Overview:
Reid’s Distillery is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service experiences in a dynamic and busy distillery environment. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the craft spirits industry and enjoy interacting with diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu while being able to make recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
– Take orders accurately and manage multiple tables efficiently.
– Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items are prepared correctly and meet Reid’s quality standards.
– Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up before service and cleaning after guests leave.
– Assist in inventory management and restocking of dining and bar supplies.
– Participate in events and promotions, providing exceptional customer engagement and service.
– Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a server in a restaurant, bar, or similar environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to provide guests with a great experience.
– Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a valid food handler’s certificate.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
