Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
– Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
– Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
– Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
– Experience in upselling to increase sales

Pay: $16.75-$18.87 per hour
