Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering Food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take Food and drink orders from guests and provide recommendations when needed
– Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
– Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing workstations
– Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or inquiries promptly
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work well within a team environment
Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Salary: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
