Description of work:
We are looking for a responsible and attentive cashier to work in our cafe. Your main task is customer service, accepting payments for orders and monitoring the quality of service. You will work in a close-knit team that is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide information about menus and promotions
* Take orders and register them in the cafe software
* Accept payment and give change
* Check the correctness of the order and its delivery to the client
* Keep records of sales and availability of goods
* Participate in cleaning the establishment and organizing the work space
* Solve emerging problems with customers and maintain a positive image of the cafe
Requirements:
* Responsibility and attention to detail
* Politeness and communication skills * Experience as a cashier or in the service industry (desirable, but not required)
* Knowledge of basic principles of working with a cash register and software
* Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
