The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a VP, Data Management & Business Intelligence to join our IT team.
Your role will be required to regularly perform essential duties on behalf of the company from your assigned Aviso office. Your role is considered medium flexibility, requiring you to work onsite 1-3 days per week at our office at 151 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON.
Reporting to the SVP, Chief Technology & Digital Officer the VP, Data Management & Business Intelligence is responsible for a unified, reliable, and timely source of data that supports consistent historical, operational, and predictive analytics across the Aviso. The VP, Data Management & Business Intelligence will lead efforts to structure data in a way that enables a single source of truth, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and reliability. Additionally, this role will also implement a structure to support & service the data requirements of our business partners and to champion the further adoption of data analytics & data science.

Develop a strong partnership with business stakeholders to assess current and develop future program strategy, while leveraging new technologies to meet business needs
Define a enterprise data management strategy encompassing a multi-year roadmap aligned to corporate objectives
