We are looking for RNs and RPNs who desire great

flexibility

in their schedules.

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual position in the Powassan and Sundridge area.

Hours of work are within a 2-week rotation

inclusive

of weekends and on-call work.

The position will be within our Visiting Nurse Program offering service in the patient’s home.

This position is part of a

Collective Bargaining

unit and will be posted internally for a period of five (5) business days, in order to allow bargaining unit employees to apply.

What

The Role

Involves:

Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with

respect

to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).

Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services

Providing services one-on-one with patients in a home setting

Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the

interdisciplinary

care team

Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma

Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration …
