- Develop and execute profitable virtual trading strategies
- Identify and monetize DA vs RT dislocations driven by congestion, outages, and weather
- Manage positions, risk, and PnL in a fast-paced trading environment
- Continuously refine strategies using data, backtesting, and market insights
- Virtual trading experience in U.S. power markets
- Deep understanding of LMP formation, congestion, and ISO market dynamics
