Our growing team is looking for aVirtualMedical Office Administrator – Call Centrewho can work for us on apermanent full-time basisviaremote.

Responsibilities

Adhere to LMC’s Administrative Policy Manual and Care Promise.

Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone switchboard to answer patient and other customer inquiries.

Work in single or multiple skill sets or queues over different channels of customer contact.

Scheduling and co-ordination of patient appointments across all service lines and providers.

Answer patient inquiries relating to their care and communicate with our sites accordingly via our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.

Follow up customer calls, where necessary.

Responding to voicemails and customer emails.

Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.

Management of all patient appointments appropriately and physicians’ schedules.

Performing various other administrative functions and any other duties, as required.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in a Certified Medical Office Administration Program or similar experience working in a medical office environment.

Experience in a call center environment, an asset.

Technologically savvy and an ability to navigate multiple computer software systems including call center software.

Must have previous experience working with EMR software.
