Job Overview:
Yakirelbaz IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with various administrative tasks, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading.
Conduct research on various topics and compile information as requested.
Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and milestones.
Manage and maintain electronic files and databases.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other accounting tasks.
Assist with social media management and content creation.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
