LIF Media is a video production agency based in Moncton, creating cinematic content for brands across New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada — commercials, brand documentaries, event highlight films, and social media content. We work with great brands across construction, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, non-profit, and more. We're looking for a videographer in Moncton to grow with us.
What you'd do
- Shoot on-site content — commercials, interviews, event coverage, project walkthroughs, and short-form social — at client locations around Moncton and across the province (Fredericton, Saint John, PEI, and beyond)
- Own a shoot from setup to handoff: capture, organize the files, and write a clear creative brief so our editors know exactly what we're going for
- Eventually run shoots independently, without the founder on-site
- Bring creative input — lighting calls, framing, ideas that make the content better, not just executing a shot list
- Help keep our production process organized as we grow
Who you are
- You can already operate a camera confidently — you understand exposure, framing, and how to get clean audio
- You have an eye. You notice when a shot is good and when it's flat, and you care about the difference
- You're reliable and you communicate. If a plan changes, we hear from you
- You're comfortable around business owners and on client sites — professional, easy to work with
- You want to grow into more responsibility over time, not stay in one lane
- A vehicle and valid license is a strong plus (shoots are spread across the province)
- Comfort with editing, or willingness to learn our tools (including AI tools we use day-to-day), is a bonus
How this works
We start as a contract arrangement so we can get to know each other on real projects. We're upfront about that because it works both ways — you see how we operate, we see how you work, with no pressure on either side. If it's a strong fit, this grows into a full-time role with real ownership of how we produce content. We're taking our time to find the right person — this is a long-term seat, not a gap to fill.
