Experienced in leading a geographically diverse Team of Account Executives marketing solutions to a broad range of organizations in private and public sectors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market dynamics.

Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts to prioritize sales efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.

Define sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s value proposition and drive incremental revenue streams.

Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious growth targets.

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to sales professionals to help them reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Fluently conversant in English and French.

Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the managed services or VAR industries.

Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, with experience in solution selling.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and expand market share in competitive environments.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performance sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
