We're conducting a search on behalf of a rapidly growing transportation company headquartered in Surrey, BC. They need a VP of Operations who has genuinely been in the trenches — someone who built their career running large, complex fleets and hasn't forgotten what it smells like at 3am when a driver calls in and a load can't move.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

✅ Senior leadership experience managing large-scale fleet operations (50–500+ units)
✅ Multi-site operational oversight across transportation, towing, logistics, or asset-heavy industries
✅ Proven track record scaling operations through high-growth environments
✅ Deep understanding of driver management, compliance, dispatch, and asset utilization
✅ Commercial acumen — you tie operational decisions directly to P&L impact
✅ A degree in Business, Operations, or related field (must have)
